I have spent over two decades standing in gaps most people do not see.
The gap between what a leadership team thinks they need and what their organization actually requires. Between the vision at the top and the reality being lived by the people doing the work. Between a database request and the full operating system underneath it. Between a website brief and three simultaneous revenue streams waiting to be built.
That is where I do my best work.
My name is Alexander Prior. I am the founder of Oracle Evolution Consulting, and I work with leaders, organizations, and boards as a strategic partner, not a consultant who hands you a report and leaves, but someone who sits inside the challenge with you, sees the full system, and builds alongside you until the vision is real and your people are with you.
What I Actually Do
I see what organizations need before they have language for it. I have walked into a request for a database and seen a custom case management system. I have been brought in to manage a website project and ended up holding management, developers, and designers in the same frame simultaneously, translating between every room until the work landed and three income streams grew as a result.
That translation gift is the thread that runs through everything I do. I do not speak the same language to a C-suite as I do to a technical team or a design function, and I know in real time which register each room needs. The result is alignment that holds, decisions that stick, and momentum that does not collapse when I walk out the door.
I also bring something most strategic advisors do not: a builder's sensibility. I have a UI instinct that refuses to let beauty sacrifice function or function sacrifice beauty. I build with AI, not as a talking point, but as a practitioner who understands both the strategic and technical dimensions of implementation. And I bring hands-on experience in organizational design, SOPs, operational architecture, and change management that has produced measurable results across revenue, operations, and team performance.
The Philosophy of Partnership
Everything I do is built on one belief: real change does not come from the outside in.
It comes from a shared vision, built together, translated into every corner of an organization, and carried forward by people who feel ownership over it, not compliance with it. I do not work for my clients. I work with them. I am invested in the outcome, not just the engagement. And I stay until what we built together actually holds.
That philosophy shapes every coaching engagement, every consulting mandate, and every board seat I take. It is not a service model. It is how I am wired.
